Minimum of 03 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position, preferably within the NGOs.
Main Responsibilities
Participates in need assessments, Participatory Rural Appraisals, feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, and community consultations.
Elaborate on needs-based inputs and all other activities according to the objectives of the programme and the beneficiary involvement strategy of TRDP.
Mobilizes the community in the effective use of community resources.
He/she should develop in-depth knowledge of all their villages of intervention and should have close contacts with community leaders, volunteers, and activists. Support and supervise daily skilled and unskilled workers/project volunteers and give them useful instruction regarding their work improvement, through coordination with the relevant skilled staff;
To mobilize and gather community and introduce project activities
To organize and give prior information on all activities at the field level.
To ensure Participation of the community in age groups
Close coordination with Community Institutes.
Undertake field visits to the target population for humanitarian assistance to the flood-affected area as per project criteria.
Identification flood affected beneficiaries as per project design.
To maintain documentation.
To prepare progress reports on a bi-weekly basis with Project Manager/.
Ensure compliance and rules under the project agreement.
To ensure the organization’s visibility.
Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/ Management.
